Chez Jerry, the latest salvo from Europea chef Jérôme Ferrer, is now officially open. Eater Montreal posted the menu from the upscale casse-croûte, Ferrer's replacement for the moribund Andiamo, last week: think burgers, fish 'n' chips, poutine, and wings—all made with "Québécois terroir products."
The restaurant has apparently capitulated to the business-first climate on Beaver Hall Hill, and will only open weekdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Andiamo was open Saturdays for a time). With that, some visuals, courtesy Ferrer, of Chez Jerry:
