He helmed the restaurant inside Montreal's contemporary art museum. Critic Lesley Chesterman recently fell hard for his new Centre-Sud restaurant, using words like “mind-boggling” to describe the food. “I exited elated, not only because my dinner was so stimulating but because I was just so thrilled to be eating seriously sophisticated food in Montreal again.” He's chef Antonin Mousseau-Rivard, of Le Mousso.
