— Marché Sous Chef, the reboot of Antonio Park's Park Market, is now open for business in new Westmount digs at 370 Victoria. Manager Pier-Luc Dallaire, long a fixture at Joe Beef and Liverpool House, recently told Eater that the store's focus will be on prepared meals for takeout, and local, chef-driven products, such as these baguettes from La Bête à Pain. — Chez Tousignant, the Little Italy casse-croûte from Impasto/Pizzeria GEMA, is now open, officially, after a considerable soft launch. The restaurant will be closed for the holidays, however, from December 21 to January 4.
