Pâtisserie Bicyclette Wheels Into Petite-Patrie Today With Pies and Coffee

This place is pretty adorable.

Pâtisserie Bicyclette

La Petite-Patrie has a new pâtisserie de quartier as of today. Bicyclette, from owner Ariane Maurice, will cater to pie lovers in particular, but will also serve up homemade cakes, scones, cookies, canelés, jams, caramels, and granola. With that, expect an emphasis on local, and seasonal ingredients. And yes, the shop doubles as a café, with help from Ahuntsic micro roaster Le Brûloir.

Status: Pâtisserie Bicyclette, 1256 St-Zotique Est, corner de Normanville, (438) 386-7177. Now open Wednesday to Sunday.
