Laval is suddenly abuzz on the food front. Fresh off the arrival of Boucher Double, a new restaurant from BYOB kingpins Georges Blais and Marc-André Paradis, comes word that Les Enfants Terribles will open a 350-seater in Laval, in the Centropolis complex, sometime in April. The restaurant is currently on the lookout for a chef de cuisine who can take command of the considerable comfort-food-laden, family-friendly brunch, lunch and dinner menus under executive chef Simon Laborde (Vallier, Ambassade Boris, Hôtel Le St-James).
This will mark the third Les Enfants Terribles for principals Francine Brûlé and Serge Bruneau. Another grander outlet is allegedly in the works on top of Place Ville Marie.
