Léché Desserts owner Josie Weitzenbauer is remarkably humble for a woman who probably just made sandwich history: "It's simply one of our maple-glazed doughnuts cut in half, turned inside out, old cheddar, caramelized onions and, to top it off, bacon!! Slapped onto a panini press... Et voilà!!"
