Chez BOSS & fils

Verdun's newest restaurant is open. Chez BOSS & fils, a gastropub and seafood restaurant (with Asian accents), ushers in a new era on the corner of Wellington and Lasalle. Partners include industry vets Louis Boutin (Soto, Bice, Le Latini, Verses, Chez Lévêque, Kitchen Galerie Poisson) and Félix Dauvet-Lainesse (Chez Lévêque, Laurie Raphaël, Taverne F). Chef Dara Khlot will get a hand from Jean-Philippe St-Denis before the former Kitchen Galerie chef returns to his seasonal gig at Auberge du Mange Grenouille in Le Bic at the end of April. Stay tuned for menu details in the days to come.

Status: Certified open. 3610 rue Wellington.
