Verdun's newest restaurant is open. Chez BOSS & fils, a gastropub and seafood restaurant (with Asian accents), ushers in a new era on the corner of Wellington and Lasalle. Partners include industry vets Louis Boutin (Soto, Bice, Le Latini, Verses, Chez Lévêque, Kitchen Galerie Poisson) and Félix Dauvet-Lainesse (Chez Lévêque, Laurie Raphaël, Taverne F). Chef Dara Khlot will get a hand from Jean-Philippe St-Denis before the former Kitchen Galerie chef returns to his seasonal gig at Auberge du Mange Grenouille in Le Bic at the end of April.
