Cavalli

After tomorrow, Cavalli is no more. The restaurant from Giorgio Damiani, Gianni Caruso and Pino Forgione (the group behind current and former restaurants like Otto, Bice, Med Grill, Sofia and Primadonna) will close for good after Friday's service. The trio plan to retool for a couple of months and reopen—throwback alert—as Sofia in time for Grand Prix weekend. This all comes less than a year after the arson squad was convened to investigate a firebomb attack at the restaurant.
