Chef David Aghapekian, late of Plateau craft brewpub Le Réservoir, finally unveiled Boucherie Dans La Côte last week. The artisanal butcher shop, in the old La Congolaise at 2123 de Bleury, below Sherbrooke, sells sandwiches, prepared foods and beef from Ferme Highland in Saint-Édouard-de-Lotbinière.
