Flyjin, the Old Montreal restaurant and bar from Marco Benattar, Alexandre Brosseau, Nicolas Urli, Alexandre Besnard and Patrick Hétu, reboots this week with a new menu from the tireless Antonio Park. (The Park and Lavanderia chef also authored the menu at the group's recently opened Jatoba at Place Phillips.) Park was on hand at a media event to launch the new menu this week.
The Chopped Canada judge will not be in Flyjin's kitchen of course—chefs Philip Lee, Alal Ahmed Bohsk and Dong Hyun Kim will handle the day-to-day execution of the "izakaya-inspired, Asian cuisine du marché" menu. The bar's newly-minted cocktail card comes from Lawrence Picard of Nectar & Mixologie. Take a look below.
