Tommy, a new café and apéro spot in Old Montreal, is set to open sometime later this month. Thomas Vernis is the namesake owner of the venture. Vernis also operates Santos Tapas Bar and Dolcetto & Co. and is the founder of NoirFluo, a creative agency that caters to the service industry. Tommy is located in the landmark Exchange Bank Building a.k.a. British Empire Building at 200-210 rue Notre-Dame Ouest, corner Saint-François-Xavier.
