Westmount's Bacaro Pizzeria Expands to NDG This Fall

Neapolitan-style pizza (and oven-baked pasta) is about to happen in NDG, thanks to Bacaro. A new outlet of the Westmount-based "urban pizzeria" will open this fall at 5950 Monkland, corner Royal, in the old Benedicts. Partners include the original Bacaro's owners, Angelo Mercuri and Tommaso Mulè, both of Vago, Benjamin Trimont, and new principal André Pereira.
