The former Pizzaiolle and short-lived (but well-reviewed) Pizzeria Moteur has been made over, quietly, as Osteria Macchina. Previously in soft launch mode, the new Outremont restaurant is now open, officially. Chef Simon Vallée-Troie's cuisine is described as "fresh, Italian-style, with Québécois terroir products and Italo-Québécois inspirations." And, natch, pizza.
