Joe Beef Lager, made by Montreal's Bierbrier, is now on sale at select SAQ stores. The beer is produced in accordance with the Reinheitsgebot, or German Beer Purity Law of 1516, which limited ingredients to water, barley, hops, and, tacitly, yeast. Bierbrier also produces a Joe Beef Special Pils, available at Joe Beef and Liverpool House, among other restaurants. The Little Burgundy restaurant has made forays into other branded products of course. There's Joe Beef all-beef bacon, ham, and spice blends too. Find out where to buy your Joe Beef Lager here.
