Le Petit Trianon, a new pastry shop and café in NDG, will open this weekend in the former Yuki Bakery (the new Yuki will open soon on Guy in Griffintown). Principals include Van Hien Dao (Tavern on the Square, former barista at Café Parvis and Pikolo) and pastry chef Gaiia Kim (late of Toqué!). Customers who stop by on Saturday can enjoy free mini madeleines and discounted coffee.
