Saint-Henri's Henri Saint-Henri has a new kitchen boss and a new menu. Adam Zaitouni was the chef at Grinder from March 2013 to August 2014 and, prior, spent close to three years at Les Enfants Terribles. In recent months the chef has put in work at the likes of Vicolo and for the MTL Cuisine group in Old Montreal.
ICYMI Henri Saint-Henri is co-owned by Franco Parreira (Parreira Traiteur), François Forest (Barraca Rhumerie et Tapas, Rachel Rachel, Huis Clos, Monsieur Smith, La Taverne Normand, Ils en Fument du Bon, HELM, Baron Samedi, Yer’Mad), and Danny Pyton (Barraca Rhumerie et Tapas, Huis Clos, Yer’Mad). The new menu, below, looks like a bit of a pivot from Henri Saint-Henri's original fish-and-seafood-heavy concept—cuisine Côte Est avec une attitude Sud-Ouest.
