Opening Alert: GAB, a Mile End Café With a Twist

Gabriel Dancause, the CEO of tech startup Blobon, recently unveiled GAB, a collaborative office space (think ShareDesk) and coffee shop. The Mile End spot at 4815-A Saint-Laurent, south of Saint-Joseph, offers coffee drinks to go and work space to rent by the hour, day, and month. Dancause bills the venture as "50% espace collaboratif, 50% café" and explains that the "idea came while our startup was looking for a space to host its growing team but we found nothing inspiring. We then asked ourselves what our perfect workplace would look like. As of the next day we knew we had something interesting."
