The former chef at Chinatown's Orange Rouge and Mile End's now bygone Café Sardine has a new restaurant in the works. Aaron Langille, whose résumé also includes stints at L'Express, Le Club Chasse et Pêche, Barcelona's Comerç 24, and Copenhagen's Noma, gave a small taste on Instagram today: "One of the first steps to having a new restaurant is getting the keys to your new space." The project is in preliminary stages but Langille divulged that he hopes to open by fall. Stay tuned for details.
