Chinatown Bar Luwan Reboots With New Cocktails, Food Menu

Luwan, the Chinatown boîte from Raphael Kerwin (Blue Dog Motel), hits the reset button this week with new cocktails and a new food menu (see below). The menu launch party starts this Thursday, July 2, at 5 p.m. and runs until late.
