Tex-Mex restaurant MyMo has made way for Albert Bistro, a new restaurant, wine bar, and apéro spot on Beaver Hall downtown. Open for lunch and, once it staffs up, dinner, the restaurant could be a formidable competitor for chef Jérôme Ferrer and co.'s adjacent Bistro Beaver Hall in the Quartier International.
