Paquebot, the first café to serve nitro cold brew in Montreal, is now officially open in La Petite Patrie on Bélanger. The third wave coffee shop plans to specialise in non-alcoholic coffee cocktails and will pull Pilot espresso. Also on the menu: panini, viennoiseries, and some vegetarian options. The café is from the same owners as Les Folies restaurant and is the brainchild of Samuel Perreault, Jimmy Ledoux and barista Simon-Louis Brosseau Fournier.
Status: Paquebot, 2110 Bélanger, (514) 439-4344, now open Monday to Friday (save Tuesday), 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
