La Fabrique, the popular Plateau bistro from Stéphanie Labelle and chef Jean-Baptiste Marchand, announced yesterday that it plans to open a new restaurant sometime this fall. Management posted a photo of a work permit for 3617 Saint-Denis, the former home of a graphic design studio. La Fabrique is located next door at 3609 Saint-Denis.
