A new restaurant from Aux Vivres, the popular pusher of vegan grub, with numerous points of sale scattered across Montreal, is now open in Mile End. The somewhat clandestine, lunch-only spot, located in the same building as this random SoupeSoup branch, shares a space with Noble Bean, the new state of the art, tempeh production facility that Aux Vivres principals Michael and Liam Makhan recently built.
