Chez Tousignant, the new wave casse-croûte from Impasto/Pizzeria Gema partners Stefano Faita and Michele Forgione, and Impasto chef de cuisine Yann Turcotte, has a permit from Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie to move forward in a former café, reportedly, close to Jean-Talon Market.
