As reported a few weeks ago, Maamm Bolduc, Plateau diner par excellence for over four decades, has expanded with a second restaurant on Rachel Est, corner Saint-Christophe. The Montreal breakfast and poutine peddler unveiled the new spot, dubbed Mademoiselle Bolduc, yesterday.
A spokesperson for Maamm Bolduc assured that management would not mess with the original's formula. "The new place will be just as chaleureux, with a similar menu of homemade burgers and poutines. We will open with limited hours at the end of September and then expand that significantly sometime in October. And the restaurant will serve alcohol."
Status: Mademoiselle Bolduc, 851 Rachel Est, (438) 386-3610, now open.
