New Italian eatery Parm comes to Westmount from the principals behind NDG's Lucille's Oyster Dive and Westmount's Brasserie Lucille's. The opening of Parm took place on Sunday, July 3, with sister restaurant Lucille's Oyster Dive announcing the date on Twitter.

Parm is located at 4922 Sherbrooke West, Westmount and opens Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
There isn't a menu online yet, but according to MontrealInfo.com, Parm "is a modern style restaurant that promises a contemporary Italian cuisine with Mediterranean and Asian influences." The website also references that the new restaurant has two floors and can seat up to 100 guests, with an additional 10-seat bar and 20-seat terrace.
In April, Eater predicted that Parm will most likely outlast its predecessor Lea. Editor Ian Harrison wrote, "The trio behind Lucille's — Paul Harris Benjamin, Dominique Muller, and chef Mark Gaffney — has proven that it has what it takes to please the NDG-Westmount market, as evidenced by the enviable success at its two, invariably crowded, surf and turf inflected restaurants."
