Stella Pizzeria Drops Italian Fare in Plateau Tonight

Starting at 5:00 p.m. this evening, a new Italian-influenced eatery unlocks the doors at 1325 Avenue Laurier E. From restaurateur Nathalie Côté, Stella Pizzeria will offer a variety of thin crust pizzas, salads, and rotating pasta selections from chef Alessandro Bleve. Sommelier Jean-Benoit Hinse developed the wine list, which is 60% Italian.

The restaurant can accommodate 50 guests, and a terrace is planned for next year.

Stella opens seven days a week from 5:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. On September 12, the restaurant will open at noon for earlier service.
