Allison Van Rassel is a renowned and respected food columnist in Québec City. She works primarily with the CBC (Breakaway, Foodie Finds) and Radio-Canada (Ça vaut le detour, On n'est pas sorti de l'auberge, Radio-Canada cet après-midi, En Supplémentaire, etc). Her blog foodiequebec.com has been mentioned in the New York Times, New York Magazine and Hosteling Canada as a reference when travelling in la Belle Province.
