Where to Do Karaoke in Montreal

Some solid spots for singing your heart out in the city

View as Map

A great alternative to Montreal’s club scene, karaoke bars offer a welcome midpoint between catching up with friends over cocktails and letting loose after said drinks start to kick in. And since coronavirus restrictions eased on November 15, 2021, the option to sing the night away in public is back on the table.

From Japanese-style KTV bars to raucous open mic dives, here’s where to go do karaoke in Montreal. (Note: While most of the spots on this map are permanent karaoke bars, some only offer the activity on certain nights of the week — check their social media accounts or give them a ring to make sure karaoke is on the docket before heading out for the night.)

Health experts consider dining out to be a low-to-moderate risk for the vaccinated. For updated information and regulations, please visit the official sites of the Quebec government and Montreal’s public health authority (Santé Montréal).
